I work with founders of small, expertise-based businesses (boutique agencies, small consultancies, studios, practices) that have grown past just you.
You've got a lean team or a bench of contractors, and a real book of clients. But the business still works because you touch every relationship and every deliverable. It can't grow or survive you stepping back.
That's where I come in. I'm a senior fractional operator who takes over your client delivery: the relationships, the account management, the day-to-day of making sure work ships and clients stay happy. The whole delivery engine, run well, without you holding it together.
This isn't a VA situation, and it isn't a specialist you hire for one slice (a copywriter for copy, an ads person for ads). It isn't a full-time hire either. It's a senior right hand, on retainer, for exactly as much as you need.
I built this because I needed it and couldn't find it. When my business partner and I were running our consultancy and writing our book, we spent close to a year trying to hire someone senior enough to hand our client work to: someone whose quality bar matched ours, who we'd trust with the relationships, not just the tasks. We never found her. So now I'm her.
