These days I’m a fractional right hand for solo consultants / small service businesses: the person you bring in when you need to step away from your business and can’t afford for things to fall apart.
You built something that works, but it works because you touch everything. Then a moment comes when you can’t, or just don’t want to anymore — parental leave, a sabbatical, a family emergency, a big project you’re finally making room for, even just a vacation.
That’s when I step in. I take the whole thing: your clients, your delivery, the day-to-day running of it. This isn't specialty help, like how a copywriter creates your copy or an ads person manages your ads. I keep your whole business running so nothing drops while you’re out.
I built this service because I needed it and couldn’t find it. When my business partner and I were writing our book, we spent close to a year trying to hire someone senior enough to hand the client work to — someone whose quality bar was as high as ours, who we'd trust with the client relationships, not just the tasks.
We never found her. So now I’m being her.
I was employee #2 at Calendly, co-founded the consultancy Forget the Funnel (and co-wrote the book), and I currently lead Customer Success at Attune.
If that sounds like you, or if you know someone about to hit that moment, email me: hey (at) clairesuellentrop (dot) com.
